Appointed Women's Conference is a weekend designed to call women young and old to rise up and step into their God-given calling and purpose. This weekend will be sure to leave women in North Alabama and beyond filled and full of faith and fire for their divine assignment.

What is included with my registration?
Your registration includes full admission to the Appointed Women’s Conference, all conference sessions, an exclusive conference swag bag, the Friday Night After Party, light breakfast items Saturday morning, and Saturday boxed lunch based on the meal selection you made during registration.
Friday Night’s After Party will include a popcorn bar with sweet and savory toppings and `soda.
On Saturday morning, light continental-style breakfast items will be available, including quick grab-and-go favorites such as mini donuts, muffins, granola bars, and more.

How much is registration?
Early Bird Registration is $35 per person through August 31, 2026.
Beginning September 1, 2026, registration will increase to $50 per person.
Walk-on registration will be available at the conference for $60 per person. We encourage you to register in advance to secure your spot and meal selection.

What is the refund and ticket transfer policy?
Conference registrations are nonrefundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please contact our team before the conference so we can update the attendee information.
Is there a group discount?
Yes! Groups of 10 or more can receive a $5 discount per person when registering.
To receive the group discount:
After August 31, the regular registration price increases from $35 to $50 per person, making the group registration price $45 per person.
To receive the group discount:
- Your group must include at least 10 people.
- Registration must be completed using the designated Group Registration link.

What food will be provided?
Your conference registration includes food throughout the weekend.
Friday Night After Party:

Yes! We are excited to offer limited-edition Appointed Women’s Conference merchandise available exclusively for purchase in person at the conference.

When will vendor shopping be available?
Vendor booths will open at 5:30 PM on Friday and will remain open during the Friday Night After Party.
On Saturday, vendor shopping will begin when the doors open at 8:30 AM and will also be available during lunch.

Will childcare be available?
While we love your little ones, childcare will not be available during the Appointed Women’s Conference.
We encourage you to make childcare arrangements in advance so you can fully enjoy the weekend, relax, refresh, and focus on what God has for you.

Will a special offering be received?
Yes! A special offering will be received during the Saturday morning service to benefit the City of Lights Dream Center. Attendees who would like to participate will have an opportunity to give during the service.
Can I sponsor someone to attend the conference?
Absolutely! We would love for you to help make it possible for another woman to attend Appointed.
If you would like to sponsor a specific person, simply complete a registration form and enter her name in the “Sponsor Someone?” section.
